  • Q: If all of your planning services are free, how do you get paid?

    We have partnered with some the top travel destination suppliers and they compensate us directly to provide free planning services to their guests.

  • Q: Are you able to get promotions or special offers for my travel?

    We have the same access to all promotions and special offers that you would have on your own, but we also constantly monitor any reservations you’ve booked through our agency for future offers, and we will automatically apply any savings that you qualify for.

  • Q: How much of the planning process will you help me with?

    A: We are here to help with as much or as little as you would like. We understand some people prefer to handle certain aspects of their planning themselves, but we are here to back you up should you decide you want it. If you prefer, we can handle every aspect of your trip, including hotel bookings, dining reservations, park ticket selections, Enchanting Extras, excursions, and so much more.

  • Q: Can I transfer my currently booked reservation to your agency in order to take advantage of your FREE planning services?

    If you have booked your vacation directly with the destination supplier within the last 30 days and haven’t paid your reservation in full, we can usually transfer it to our agency and help you get the most from your trip. Contact us today to see if your trip qualifies.

  • Q: Can I make payments on my vacation?

    Yes. If the reservations are made far enough in advance, most suppliers only require a deposit. Then, we will assist in setting up a payment schedule that matches your needs.

  • Q: Will you be available while I am on my vacation?

    Yes. This is another way we are different from other travel companies that book it and leave the rest to you. Our agents are available to help you every step of the way, even while you travel and until you are home and unpacking.
